Thank you for choosing Confirm It. We strive to provide the best possible service. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we're here to help.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. You can use this period to fully evaluate our services.

2. Subscription Refunds

Because our service is billed in advance on a monthly basis, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months used. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• Technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the service.
• Billing errors (e.g., being charged twice).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at info@confirmit.store within 7 days of the billing date. Please include your account email and the reason for the request.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.
